Vanpat: Si tenes cualquier herramienta Btrieve a mano, butils o btools, siempre podes usar la opcion Recover del menu, que extrae los datos desde el archivo .dat, preguntar y convertir a .sav, el cual es un simple archivo de texto

http://www.nssdd.com; permite construir tus archivos ddf si es que no los tenes. Tambien permite exportar tus datos a dbase o ascii.
En la lista de freePascal, encontre el link a butils (source, al parcer), aunque habria que ver el tema de compatibilidad de versiones.
